Stacy Berver
Founder & President

Regarded as an expert in international direct marketing, Stacy Berver has devoted her career to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for companies seeking worldwide expansion. By analyzing successful direct marketing strategies in a company’s core marketing programs, and combining it with her expert knowledge in global expansion, Stacy is able to successfully execute direct marketing strategies around the world.

Stacy’s experience in international marketing began nearly 20 years ago with International Marketing Solutions, LLC (IMS), an affiliate of Agora Inc. She spent six years learning the various functions of international marketing and distribution as she graduated from marketing assistant to marketing manager and then marketing director.

In 1996, Stacy also filled a brief role as marketing director at the Ken Roberts Company in Grants Pass, Oregon, which afforded Stacy a better understanding of acquisition marketing for courses and educational programs, and expanded her business knowledge beyond Agora.

In 1998, Stacy was named president of IMS, a role that she filled until founding DM360 Inc. in early 2007. As president of IMS, Stacy consistently added 20%+ to Agora Inc.’s various affiliates’ bottom lines through international marketing of their products. She was responsible for revenues exceeding $15 million annually, leading eight full-time employees and the overall vision, strategy and business management of IMS.

At DM360 Stacy’s vision sets the company’s goals. She is directly responsible for customer acquisition and program launches, also playing an integral role in customer retention and program expansion. Stacy works very closely with Grace in the launch of new client programs.

Stacy speaks regularly (but never without substantial fear) at direct marketing industry events, and as an active Direct Marketing Association member, she currently serves on the operating committee for the International Council. Stacy has regularly contributed to Target Marketing Magazine, Publisher’s Multinational Direct and Circulation Management Magazine, as well as having mentions in the Newsletter on Newsletters and the SIPA Newsletter. From 2003 through 2006, Stacy sat on the Editorial Advisory Board of Target Marketing Magazine.

In addition to her practical industry experience, Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a specialization in Journalism, from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland.

Stacy resides in Elkridge, Maryland, with her husband, Daryl; two sons and two Goldens (Retriever & Doodle) – Chester and Lucy.

Grace Epperson
Managing Director

As managing director of DM360 Inc., Grace Epperson oversees business operations and client services. To this role Grace brings over ten years of marketing strategy, business and project management experience.

At International Marketing Solutions, LLC. (IMS), an affiliate of Agora Inc., Grace spent over ten years honing her knowledge and skills related to various international markets. Beginning in 1999 as an entry-level marketer, Grace excelled at every task and quickly advanced into roles as operations manager, marketing manager, product manager, operations director and ultimately vice president.

From 2005 through 2006, as vice president, Grace worked side-by-side with Stacy to manage and grow the IMS business, eventually responsible for the daily operations and employee management. Grace was also responsible for the successful launch and oversight of five international email newsletters – introducing online marketing and an integrated multi-channel approach to complement IMS’ direct mail expertise.

In 2007, as marketing manager for Laureate Education Inc., Grace was responsible for the messaging, positioning and marketing strategy for multiple online graduate degree programs and professional development courses. Through various channels, including direct mail, online lead generation, print advertising and conversion marketing, she sharpened her skills for creating and executing a fully integrated marketing plan.

Grace works collaboratively with Stacy to define each client’s initial needs and marketing strategy. She is then responsible for the execution, ongoing management and regular analysis of each program. Grace is driven to deliver the best outcomes for each client, by creating the optimal mix of overall strategy and marketing and distribution tactics. Ultimately, her programs complement and enhance the client’s core business.

An entrepreneur at heart, Grace also owns and operates a martial arts studio with her husband Leroy. Her formal education was accomplished at Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a specialization in Journalism.

Grace’s family is completed by two daughter’s and two hamsters named Sam and Jerry. Grace lives in Ellicott City, Maryland.
